11-year-old Charlie McGee (Ryan Kiera Armstrong) knew that she and her parents had been separated all their lives. She knew they were different, from never having access to cell phones and computers to constantly moving around. Including being able to set fire to Charlie when upset or nervous, which his parents tried to suppress, and was generally foreign. Charlie, however, loses his capacity to contain his talents after another day of bullying and intimidates a teacher who is summoned by the police. Because of this, Charlie’s parents, Andy McGee (Andy McGee) and Vicky McGee (Sydney Lemmon) are preparing to make a new race for him. However, between the new DSI chief, Capt.
