THE PREY: Legend of Karnoctus 2022

Originally filmed simply as THE PREY Legend of Karnoctus 2022, featuring the latest Cambodian on Norman J Warren’s exploitative Ratan Prey to the 80’s Slasher the Pre and the most dangerous game. Unnecessary subheadings were added to help separate the riff from everything else. The title of The Prey begins in a cave somewhere in Afghanistan, as something big and lovely lends a helping hand to American forces by pulling out some Taliban soldiers. Elsewhere in the area, a US squad is on patrol, but fireworks are being provided by a well-armed group of mercenaries including Vega (Danny Trejo), Gunnar (Adrian Paul), Tagger (Nick Chinlund), and Reid (Kevin Grevioux). But they are not working as security contractors, they are there to help some Taliban gold. Of course, their firing attracts the attention of American soldiers as well as other Afghans, and both the soldier and Merck are locked in a cave. Alright, that sounds really terrible to me. It appears that BT isn’t for me either. Danny Trejo’s idea for a low-budget version of Predator definitely attracts B-film fans like me. Unfortunately hunting: The legend of Carnoctus goes south almost immediately. The scene of the theft is so inappropriately staged that I had to watch it twice to make sure I was not misled. Aside from the use of completely outside music, we see the same person running through the same door multiple times and the CGI looks like a traditional animation that fills a frame of blood, rather than blood.
